According to Yidu Rong media, the project is invested and constructed by Hubei Zhonghua Electronic New Materials Co., LTD., located in Yidu Chemical Industrial Park, with a total investment of 2.16 billion yuan and divided into two phases.
The first phase of the project has an investment of 560 million yuan and an annual production of 3,500 tons of electronic gas. It is expected to be completed and put into operation in August 2023. The second phase of the project plans to invest 1.6 billion yuan and cover an area of 100 mu. It is expected to build a new fluorine-containing electronic gas production device with an annual output of 6,500 tons in 2025, and a total annual production capacity of 10,000 tons in the two phases.
