Article of Incorporation

Mt Shasta Mineral Springs Company

December 5. 1898

   Know all men of these presents:

 

  That we, the undersigned, have this day voluntarily  associated ourselves. and we do

   hereby associate for the purpose of forming a corporation. And we certify. 

                

  First, That the name of said corporation is " Mt Shasta Mineral  Spring Company":

        

 Second: That the purposes for which it is framed are as follows: to

 buy, sell, lease, and deal in real estate, and to prepare, manufacture, market, and sell

 mineral and other waters and beverages:

               

 Third: The place where its principal business is to be transacted is

 the City of Sacramento, County of Sacramento, State of California 

 

Fourth: That the term for which said corporation is to exist is fifty years from and after the date of incorporation:

 

Fifth, That the number of its directors shall be five; and the names and residences of those are appointed for the first year
